Key to any successful SageCRM implementation is Training.  All our implementation projects include training for both Administrator level users and End Users.  For Administrators, our goal is to teach your staff how to perform entry level maintenance and customizations to the CRM System.   How to add and maintain users, perform basic CRM customizations, create and modify reports and dashboards, and perform advanced lookups in the system.  During End User training we teach your CRM users all of the features and processes they need to know and utilize for your custom SageCRM implementation.  There will also typically be an End-User Follow-up training session included with your project, so that your users can ask questions after they have used the system for a few weeks.  All of our training sessions are recorded and provided to you for play back by your users at a later date to review or train new users.
